A collision of two traditions: American hop loads fermented with expressive Belgian yeast, or a tripel re-imagined with IPA hopping. Peppery, fruity phenols tangle with citrus and pine over a dry, effervescent body. Usually 6–9%; the yeast and hops compete as much as they cooperate, which is the point.
