Bock

A strong, malty German lager with roots in medieval Einbeck, later perfected in Munich. Deep bready, lightly toasted malt dominates; hops only balance, and cold lager fermentation keeps everything clean and smooth. Traditional versions are amber-brown and 6.3–7.2% — strength carried with quiet composure.
