The Belgian white: unmalted wheat brightened with coriander and dried orange peel. Hazy, pale, silky, and gently spicy with a crisp dry finish at 4.5–5.5%. The style was nearly extinct until Pierre Celis revived it at Hoegaarden in the 1960s.
