A revived German wheat sour from Goslar and Leipzig, brewed with coriander and a measured dose of salt. Lemony lactic tartness with a light saline snap makes it remarkably refreshing at 4–5%. Nearly extinct by the mid-20th century, it returned via the American craft sour boom.
